Responsibilities & Requirements 

• Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.

• Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence.

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

• Living in Barcelona (flexible with commuting)

• You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain
