Role overview:
We are strengthening our CEO PMO Office to support the execution of key strategic initiatives across the company. We are looking for a Media Strategy Consultant to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, helping to drive alignment, execution, and visibility on the company's most critical projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strategy consulting background who is looking to transition into an operational, high-impact role within a fast-growing company. You will play a key role in turning strategy into execution, supporting the business as it scales.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Support
- Support the CEO PMO Office in defining and structuring strategic priorities and quarterly plans.
- Help translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans with clear timelines and ownership.
Project management & Execution
- Track the progress of key strategic initiatives across departments.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate where needed.
- Support teams in maintaining alignment with company priorities.
Reporting & Follow-up
- Prepare weekly updates and reports for the CEO and leadership team.
- Assist in building dashboards and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper follow-up on ongoing initiatives and action points.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects.
- Support the preparation of quarterly planning sessions and business reviews.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Support the development of frameworks and best practices within the PMO function.
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
- >5 years of experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to strategic projects and execution.
- At least 1 year of experience in the media or digital/CTV industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured way of thinking.
- High level of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate).
