Role overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated Content Partnerships Coordinator to join our Content Partnerships & Business Development team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our content ecosystem, working with leading app and FAST channel partners to drive growth, optimize performance, and bring great content experiences to millions of users.

Key responsibilities:

As a key support to our partnerships team, you will:

  • Support and grow partner relationships: Help manage key App and FAST channel partners, ensuring strong collaboration, partner success, and measurable growth in users and revenue.
  • Coordinate partner plans across teams: Drive execution of monthly and quarterly partner plans, working closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Business Development.
  • Contribute to deal execution: Support the end-to-end deal process, from initial conversations through negotiation and contract signing, ensuring smooth coordination internally and externally.
  • Own performance tracking and insights: Monitor partner performance using internal dashboards, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve growth and monetisation.
  • Turn data into action: Analyse performance data, build business cases, and support presentations to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support editorial and promotional planning: Collaborate with partners and marketing teams to plan homepage placements, app promotions, and content calendars that maximise visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Maintain accurate tracking systems, reporting, and documentation across all
  • partnerships.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

  • +2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, content acquisition, or a similar role within TV, streaming, or digital media
  • Solid understanding of the streaming landscape (SVOD, AVOD, FAST) and a genuine passion for content
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with close attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on "get things done" attitude with strong ownership and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
  • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
