About the team

Business Tools team helps colleagues build efficient workflows and automate routine tasks. We dislike repetitive manual work and prefer to delegate it to bots. 🙂

What helps us operate as a single unit is a wide range of tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Freshdesk, Git, TestRail, and more.

We're looking for a like-minded engineer who's eager to develop our internal systems and make everyday work easier for our colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian applications: Jira, Confluence, and related plugins

• Help teams design workflows and consult on internal systems

• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Groovy, Python, JavaScript)

• Maintain and develop directories in Jira Assets (CMDB, HRDB, IT asset databases, etc.)

• Introduce new tools and integrate them into the existing ecosystem

What makes you the perfect fit

• Experience administering Jira (or similar systems)

• Experience with scripting and automation (Groovy, JS, Bash, Python, etc.)

• Understanding of basic networking and web technologies (DNS, LDAP, proxy, web servers)

• Experience working with Git

• Experience working with APIs

• English level: Intermediate

• A strong desire to do things well - even when no one is watching
