Operations Administrator

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You could be part of the team. What would your day-to-day work be like?

• You will assist with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily at your workplace.

• Data entry

• Review of export shipment invoices.

• Scanning invoices.

• You will work as part of a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives.

• In short: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!

What do we expect from you?

• Required qualifications: High School Diploma, Vocational Training (Intermediate/Advanced Level). (A completed or in-progress university degree will be considered an asset).

• A proactive attitude and organizational skills are required.

• Intermediate level of English is valued.

• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in a similar position will be valued.

• Availability to work from 5:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
