• Deploy the System & Software Quality Culture and the System & Software Quality Improvement Plan and Tools applicable in his/her perimeter.

• Develop and manage the System & Software Quality team (hiring, competences evaluation and development, definition and tracking of training plan).

• Allocate resources to projects. Ensure the right level of competences of System & Software Quality Engineers with regard to project, product & organization complexity.

• Represent the Customer within Valeo on System & Software Quality matters (Communication/Escalation)

• Approve the System & Software Quality Assurance Plan for the projects in his/her responsibility. Accountable for System & Software Quality deliverables according to the approved System and Software Quality Assurance Plan, on-time vs project schedule and with the right level of maturity.

• Ensure the deviation process is respected.

• Report to Product Group / Product Line System and software Quality manager and system and software stakeholders the status of all projects, indicators and action plans, on the required frequency. Escalate critical issues when involvement of Site, Regional Operation and/or Product Line Management is necessary.

• Coach System & Software Quality Engineers in Customer and Valeo System & Software Quality standards applicable in his/her perimeter.

• Drive the deployment of System & Software quality standards and processes applicable in his/her perimeter.

• Contribute to the evolution of the Product Group / Product Line System & Software Quality methodology and processes.
