- You are a master in Google Workspace and BI Tool (such as MicroStrategy) and you have good modeling skills.
- You speak Spanish & English.

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Business Analyst to join our team at Veepee. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic partner for the Spanish Sales team and the Shoes & Sport sectors sales teams across Europe.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and translating Commercial and Financial information into actionable insights, identifying improvements opportunities, and optimizing the performance of our campaigns to drive business excellence. You will also be responsible for the Budget, Forecast and Business Reporting processes for these areas.
- Your scope of work will include Flash Sales, but will require close collaboration with other businesses such as Marketplace or Media, and other Departments such as Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain, with the idea of providing, processing and analyzing all relevant information for the sales teams.
- You will be based in Barcelona as part of a team of Sourcing Business Analysts, offering this position a unique 360º company view, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Business Analytics and maintaining a close relationship with the European Sector Director of Shoes & Sport, the Spain Country Manager and the Spain Sales Directors and Business Managers.
🎯 TASKS
- Analysis and monitoring of the main Commercial KPIs (Sell out, Product Booking, Gross margin, Discount, Returns,...)
- Analysis and monitoring of the main Financial KPIs (cost & profitability analysis)
- Analyze sales trends and market behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including KPI analysis and presentation of results to senior management.
- Work with Business Intelligence tools to extract, process and analyze relevant Commercial and Financial data.
- Develop and optimize dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time decision making.
- Act as a link between sales, finance and operations departments to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Responsible for the annual Budget and Forecast processes of the related scope, in coordination with the Commercial and Financial teams and other departments involved in the process.
