• Speak with existing French-speaking customers over the phone - no cold calls, just warm, engaged conversations

• Convert customer orders to our home brand products where it's the perfect fit

• Spot upselling opportunities - from bigger packs of cartridges to extra paper bundles

• Steer every conversation toward (extra) sales of our home brand products to help grow market share

• Process orders in the Printabout order management system (easy to learn!)

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers
