Your Role as an Analyst

We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and are looking for Analysts with experience in HR transformation and organizational change. As an Analyst, you will support key project activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals and organizations in adopting new technologies, processes, or ways of working by understanding the transformation program and its organizational impact.

  • Contributing to transformation initiatives by aligning business goals with people-focused strategies.

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, using Accenture's methodologies, assets, and tools.

  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to tailor solutions that foster engagement and adoption.

  • Helping develop transformation plans, including communication strategies and customized training programs for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborating on measuring the effectiveness of interventions through data-driven approaches and storytelling techniques to assess business readiness.

Here's What You Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in medium to large-scale environments.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.

  • Proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus.

  • For positions based in the Barcelona office, Catalan proficiency is required.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

  • Cultural sensitivity and some experience working in multinational environments.

  • Exposure to data analysis or analytics tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is valued.

  • Experience or interest in Change Management within S4H environments is a plus.

  • Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a bonus but not required.

  • Ability to support project management activities, including tracking and reporting, ideally with Agile methodologies.

  • A creative problem solver with a structured and analytical mindset.
