You will work side-by-side with area directors and supervise the SDR team to develop sales strategies, execute prospecting initiatives, and expand our client portfolio, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Additionally, you will identify and leverage product opportunities that complement our service offering.

Identify growth opportunities and design acquisition strategies for the SDR team.
Drive Adsmurai's service lines (Paid Media, Creative, Co&Co, Data) and capitalize on product opportunities.
Design and implement prospecting plans aligned with business objectives and the potential of the Spanish market.
Supervise, motivate, and guide the SDR team (Spain) toward optimal performance.
Establish workflows, tracking metrics, 1:1 meetings, and coaching sessions.
