As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be an ambassador for Swarovski, support a positive work environment, provide exceptional experiences to customers and contribute to driving commercial results. You will guide and empower your team, act as a role model and help build the success of the store day by day.

About the position

• Act as a role model, providing exceptional customer service and an impeccable brand experience.

• Train, motivate and support new team members to maximize their performance.

• Support selection processes, talent development and relationships with team members.

• Drive sales and support the achievement of monthly plans and objectives.

• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash management and compliance.

• Substitute for the Store Manager when necessary.

About you

• 1-2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion brands, cosmetics or lifestyle.

• Experience in leadership and team coaching.

• A charming and winning personality, capable of building trust-based relationships and empowering other people.

• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.

• Responsible and with the ability to take ownership of your tasks and decisions.

• Curious, empathetic and results-oriented person, with a commercial mindset and a team-working spirit.
