Mission
Support the financial planning and analysis activities of Global Commercial Operations (GCO), which includes all affiliates and Global Partner Markets, ensuring proper monitoring and financial support for decision-making. We seek a curious, proactive individual with strong analytical skills who is eager to learn about finance and the pharmaceutical sector, and who will actively engage with both local and global teams to drive continuous improvement.
Functions and Responsibilities
Financial Management: Collaborate in the financial management of the GCO area (MCs and Global Partner Markets) by continuously reviewing and monitoring profit and loss accounts (e.g., sales tracking, product profitability, promotional sensitivity, OPEX, and evaluation and management of new projects).
Support to Business Controllers: Assist GCO team members (Manager and Business Controllers) in providing financial support to the areas under their responsibility (Finance Business Partnership), as well as in managing cross-functional projects (interactions with Local & Global teams).
Financial Planning: Assist in preparing and following up on short‑term planning (monthly follow-up) and medium‑term planning exercises (Budget, 5‑year Forecast).
Information Consolidation: Participate in the consolidation of financial information across operational areas.
Ad‑Hoc Reports: Prepare ad‑hoc financial information for the department and support the continuous improvement of internal and external reporting.
Others: Support the monitoring and improvement of internal control processes, ensuring consistency and validation of the financial information of the subsidiaries under your responsibility.
Profile

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Additional training is a plus (MBA or postgraduate, master's degree)
Specific Knowledge
High level of Power BI and Excel.
Advanced user of SAP is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Experience
Familiarity with economic‑financial reporting and analysis.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or an audit background is considered a plus.
