^{Key Responsibilities}

^{Data Ecosystem Ownership}

• ^{Own and evolve the company's data infrastructure and analytics ecosystem across BI tools, attribution platforms, monetization analytics, and internal dashboards.}

• ^{Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data across all systems.}

• ^{Establish and maintain a single source of truth for key business metrics.}

• ^{Audit and improve data pipelines, tracking, and integrations across all services and tools.}

^{Predictive Modeling & Forecasting}

• ^{Own and develop the company's predictive LTV models used across UA, product, and monetization teams.}

• ^{Continuously improve forecasting models for revenue, retention, and monetization performance.}

• ^{Ensure models are robust, interpretable, and embedded into decision-making workflows.}

^{Automation & Operational Efficiency}

• ^{Identify manual or inefficient processes and drive automation across teams (analytics, reporting, campaign monitoring, diagnostics).}

• ^{Build scalable systems that reduce operational overhead and improve speed of execution.}

• ^{Partner with engineering to implement reliable and scalable automation frameworks.}

^{Insights & Business Impact}

• ^{Analyze product and business performance to generate actionable insights for product, monetization, and UA teams.}

^Requirements

^Experience

• ^{Strong experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering in a tech, gaming, or digital product company.}

• ^{Proven track record of building and maintaining complex data ecosystems integrating multiple platforms.}
