Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

Is passionate about cycling and sports in general.

Has communication skills and empathy to advise customers effectively.

Has knowledge of bicycle mechanics and a willingness to learn (not mandatory).

Is proactive, dynamic, and has a positive attitude.

Is available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en este rol, buscamos a alguien que:

Sea apasionado/a por el ciclismo y el deporte en general.

Tenga habilidades de comunicación y empatía para asesorar a los clientes de manera efectiva.

Tener conocimientos de mecánicas de bicicletas y ganas de aprender (no excluyente).

Sea proactivo/a, dinámico/a y tenga una actitud positiva.

Tenga disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana.
