In this position, tasks include preparing budgets, reviewing and monitoring projects, performing monthly measurements and certifications, requesting quotes from suppliers, controlling costs and project economics, managing and processing licenses, and conducting site visits.

A degree in technical architecture or building engineering, at least two years of demonstrable experience, and a B1 driver's license are required. Knowledge of SQL Obras, Excel, Presto, and Autocad is valued. The workplace is located in El Berrón, Siero (Asturias).

The contract is temporary for one year, full-time from Monday to Friday, with a schedule from 07:00 to 15:15 Monday to Thursday and until 14:00 on Fridays. The salary and working conditions are governed by the Collective Agreement for the Construction and Public Works sector of the Principality of Asturias.
