Senior RAN Engineer

Requirements

•   +7 years experience as a RAN Engineer, with strong knowledge of 4G/5G network optimisation, parameters and nodes.
  
• Ability to translate Radio knowledge into clear requirements and criteria for development teams, working closely with technical and product profiles.
  
• Experience with Ericsson and/or Nokia analysis procedures will be a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus, to be able to communicate comfortably with development teams, although this is not the main focus of the role.

We're looking for someone who can be the voice of Radio within our development teams. Your role will be to bring your expert RAN knowledge so that the applications we build for our clients - many of them based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence - make real sense from a network point of view: which parameters matter, how nodes behave, what an operator actually needs to optimise their network.
