Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in instructional coaching or corporate training (e.g., educational technology or K-12 or Higher Education landscape).
  • Experience creating training guides, building learning materials, and delivering engaging workshops.
  • Experience planning and coordinating event logistics from inception to execution.
  • Experience navigating the localized educational landscapes across EMEA.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
  • 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a comfort level for giving constructive feedback to independent business owners and trainers.

Google for Education's Global Impact team creates training and community programs that have helped over 140 million students and educators impactfully use Gemini, Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and other tools in the classroom.

Our team is focused on bringing the best of Google to educational institutions through our Professional Development Partners, and we are currently seeking an EMEA Professional Development (PD) Partner Manager to build and develop facilitators to deliver high-impact, interactive learning experiences to educators, faculty, and administrators across the region.

As an EMEA PD Partner Manager, you will lead the growth, operation, and quality assurance of our Professional Development (PD) Partner network within their assigned territory. This role seamlessly combines strategic ecosystem management including regional recruitment and partner enablement with a direct focus on instructional coaching. As the key differentiator of this position, you won't just oversee the partner network in your region, you will deeply embed yourself as a strategic coach to elevate their training skills, ensuring our high standards of professional development are scaled effectively across the region.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Spain: €64000 - €65500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and independent facilitators across the region.
  • Drive partner success by reviewing regional applications, delivering targeted feedback to help candidates meet acceptance criteria, and providing structured guidance through onboarding. Elevate facilitation standards by hosting regular upskilling workshops, creating custom training guides to fill content gaps, and directly observing workshops to deliver constructive coaching.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between external partners and internal regional teams.
  • Streamline and localize the delivery of key programmatic messaging by curating regionalized and targeted newsletters. Support regional partner events from inception to execution.
  • Maintain systematic operational tracking across the region by regularly monitoring and updating core partner performance metrics. Synthesize qualitative context and quantitative data to support business reviews and contribute insightful updates to internal newsletters, ensuring regional impact is clearly visible to leadership.
