About the role

For an R&D company dedicated to the manufacturing of panels, we are looking for a Production operator who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing team located in Vacarisses.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Weighing and control of materials according to specifications.
Carrying out the mixing of materials, ensuring their homogeneity.
Performing laboratory tests to validate the mixtures.
Quality control through weighing and measuring.
Location and organization of materials with a front forklift
Supervision of the correct operation of the machinery

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 2 years as a production operator
Valid front forklift license
Minimum of 2 years of experience using a front forklift
Schedule availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Immediate start
ESSENTIAL Own vehicle to get to the workplace

What you'll get

What do we offer?

Initially, the training will be on a central shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Afterwards, the schedule will be a biweekly rotating shift with morning, afternoon, and night shifts (from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
3-month contract through a temporary employment agency and permanent hire with the company
Salary €10.83 gross per hour
Stable position
The company will hold the interview between August 25-28 and the start date will be in September

EUR 145,250 per year
