The role:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Ice Cream Parlors to join our 'Out of Home' channel team at our headquarters in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to lead the growth of the category in the out-of-home market, focusing on the CARTE D´OR AND BEN&JERRY´S ice cream parlor channel.
You will be responsible for:
Defining the annual plan for the out-of-home bulk category, with a priority focus on the Ice Cream Parlor channel.
Designing and developing action plans including:
Medium and long-term growth plan
Execution:
Definition of point-of-sale visibility elements.
Definition of assortment / planogram (appropriate products and formats)
Definition and control of the promotional policy
Management and control of investment budgets in the channel
Working alongside the media department to optimize and improve capex, leading the specific needs of the Ice Cream Parlor channel for the campaign.
Management of visibility materials (posters, signage, and
consumables) from design to purchase planning.
Ensuring excellence in point-of-sale execution across the different business models of the channel to achieve established objectives.
Defining the execution strategy for the distributor and sales force
Designing and developing the acquisition plan for new ice cream customers, from defining the objective to preparing all tools and monitoring achievement.
Collaborating with Business Developers and Territory Managers to develop business plans and reach annual objectives.
Analyzing business KPI performance with the marketing team and developing correction plans if necessary.
Collaborating with various category functions (marketing, planning) to ensure an integrated and aligned plan, and building a digital/social media plan with MKT to attract consumers.
Managing BMI and CPP budgets for CSP OOH scooping, ensuring proper optimization and investment control.
Managing two direct reports, including action plans, motivation, follow-ups, and objectives.
We are looking for someone with:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar
5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing role within the Out-of-Home channel. Experience in franchises or similar models is highly valued.
A person with a strong leadership component, proactivity, and initiative.
Experience managing projects with sales teams is essential.
Proven passion for growth and teamwork.
Advanced level of Spanish and English.
High computer proficiency in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).

Ejecución:

Gestión y control de los presupuestos de inversión en el canal
Trabajar junto con el departamento de medios, para optimizar y mejorar la capex, liderar las necesidades específicas del canal Heladerías para la campaña.
Gestión de los materiales de visibilidad (Cartelería, señalización y
consumibles) desde el diseño, a la planificación de compra.
Asegurar la excelencia en la ejecución en punto de venta de los diferentes modelos negocio del canal para llegar a los objetivos establecidos.
Definición de la estrategia de la ejecución del distribuidor y fuerza de ventas

Buscamos a alguien con:
Grado en ADE, Economía, Marketing, o similar
5+ años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar de Trade Marketing en el canal Fuera del Hogar. Muy valorable la experiencia en franquicias o modelo similar.
Persona con alto componente de liderazgo y proactividad e iniciativa.
Es indispensable tener experiencia en gestionar proyectos con equipos de ventas.
Experiencia demostrada en pasión por el crecimiento y trabajo en equipo.
Nivel avanzado de castellano e inglés.
Conocimientos informáticos elevados en PowerPoint (presentaciones) y Excel (análisis).
