Demonstrable previous experience as a butcher.
Knowledge of cutting, handling, and preservation of meat products.
Experience in customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

Customer service and advisory.

Cutting and preparation of deli products, sausages, and meat.

Breaking down carcasses, filleting, and preparing orders.

Handling, presentation, and restocking of products.

Control and maintenance of cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Support in the roasting area when necessary.
