About the Role

We are looking for experienced Product Owners to join Nuvolar and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-value digital products. In this role, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, and work closely with UX/UI, development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of value aligned with customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured epics and user stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery goals.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Validate and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and consistency.
  • Ensure continuous product value delivery aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Apply Scrum best practices and contribute to an effective Agile delivery process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
  • Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or application support.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Relevant certifications such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or User Experience Design are a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset.
