Maintenance Engineer Intern

What are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated and proactive individuals with strong organizational skills and a clear interest in maintenance and facilities management.

Your mission

Your mission will be to support the Facilities and Maintenance area in contract management, technical follow-up, and coordination with maintenance service providers.

You will contribute to operational control and the continuous improvement of facilities, gaining hands-on experience in a technical and industrial environment.

Your main responsibilities

Support the monitoring of maintenance contracts and KPI tracking
Assist in follow-up meetings with external suppliers
Collaborate in the coordination of maintenance service providers
Provide administrative support (purchase orders, work orders, invoicing)
Support technical audits and site visits
Analyze incidents and contribute to improvement proposals
Participate in reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
Help prioritize tasks together with the technical team

Minimum requirements

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field

Key skills:

Strong organizational and learning ability
Interest in maintenance and facilities management
Analytical mindset
Proactivity and initiative
Good communication skills

Nice to have:

Intermediate level of Excel
Knowledge of SAP (is a plus)
Basic knowledge of industrial facilities
PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) awareness
