Requirements

Previous experience as an industrial operator.

Experience in tasks involving repetitive movements.

Experience in the metal sector, strip, Bihler, benders, or industrial machinery is valued.

Valid forklift license and experience in its operation.

Minimum education: Vocational Training (FP / CFGM / CFGS) in mechanical, industrial, maintenance, or similar fields.

Responsible, committed person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

At Quality ETT, we are looking to hire Production Specialists for an industrial company in the metal sector located in the Tarragona Industrial Park.

We are seeking individuals for the operation and support of production machinery, primarily Bihler and strip benders.

The initial hiring will be through a temporary contract via ETT, with a real possibility of continuity and transition to the permanent staff if adaptation and performance are satisfactory. Additionally, the position offers a professional career path within the company, with the possibility of evolving into higher categories based on development, versatility, and organizational needs.

Main functions:

Operation and support of production machinery.

Support in the setup and monitoring of machines.

Preparation and supply of materials.

Basic production and product quality control.

Roll changes, packaging, labeling, and maintaining the order of the work area.

Movement of materials using a forklift.

Compliance with safety, quality, order, and cleanliness standards.

Conditions:

Work from Monday to Friday.

Weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night):

Morning: 05:45 to 14:00

Afternoon: 13:45 to 22:00

Night: 21:45 to 06:00

Salary:

€11/day hour

€14/night hour

Approximately €1,600 net/month

Immediate start.

Temporary contract with the possibility of stability.
