Grup Montaner is looking to hire a Gardener for a leading international company in the nursery sector, located near Santa Coloma de Farners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing general nursery tasks focused on the care and preparation of plants for sale, excluding the application of phytosanitary treatments.
• Handling, pruning, and trimming of plants, ensuring their optimal development and presentation for commercialization.
• Order preparation, including collecting plants from different cultivation plots using a tractor with a trailer.
• Classification, preparation, and loading of plants destined for transport, using both trolleys (karrys) and bulk loading.
• Strategic placement of plants in metal cages for subsequent dispatch and loading onto trucks.
• Unloading of plants and materials necessary for production (such as pots, fertilizers, irrigation material, etc.), using both manual methods and telescopic machinery.
• Potting of plants, both manually and using specialized machinery (Javo potting machine).
• Operation of agricultural machinery and auxiliary equipment typical of nursery activities, ensuring safe and efficient use.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
