At QUALITY Reus, we are selecting a Production Operator for a company in the graphic arts sector located in the Valls area

The selected person will be responsible for the execution of production orders, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance, as well as tasks inherent to the production area.

We are looking for dynamic, organized, and responsible profiles with an interest in developing within an industrial environment. Previous experience in production environments will be valued, although the position is also open to junior profiles eager to learn and grow professionally.

Their duties include:

• Operating printing machinery
• Executing the assigned production plan.
• Performing printing according to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Quality control of the product during the production process.
• Adjustment and control of repetitions/productions on the machine.
• Detection and communication of incidents or machinery failures to the supervisor.
• Support in other tasks inherent to the production area as indicated by the supervisor.

On offer:

• Renewable 3-month temporary agency contracts, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff based on performance.
• Schedule: rotating shifts of morning (6:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night (22:00-6:00).
• Salary: €11/h gross.
