Your main mission will be to lead the Health and Safety area at the plant, for which you will have the support of a senior HS technical reference focused on day-to-day operations. This will allow you to focus on leadership, prioritization, and the development of the area.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Lead and develop the plant HS team, driving their alignment and performance.

- Implement and monitor the Annual Health and Safety Plan, in close coordination with the Global Directorate.

- Execute the corporate strategy, ensuring the integration of policies and procedures into the plant's daily operations.

- Act as a key interlocutor with the operations team, fostering the integration of safety at all levels.

- Drive the safety culture, promoting a real evolution toward a high level of preventive maturity.

- Education: University degree (Engineering highly valued) complemented by a Master's in PRL (with the 3 specialties).

- Experience: At least 5 years of previous experience working in an industrial environment.

- Languages: Intermediate/high level of English.

- Skills and profile:
Great organizational capacity, rigor, and structured vision.
Excellent communication and influence skills.
High motivation to assume management and people development responsibilities.
- Location: Physical workplace in Beasain (with availability for occasional travel between plants).

- Permanent contract.
- Professional development: A solid first step toward a management role with a real career path within the organization.
- High-level environment: Work in a demanding industrial and technological environment, with a consolidated team and great technical experience.
- Stability and impact: A stable project where your work will have a direct impact on the organization.
- Social benefits: Flexible hours, internal training programs, and support for work-life balance.
