Job Description

Your environment

The automotive sector is undergoing a major transformation: the rise of electric vehicles, increasing digitalization of factories, intelligent automation of industrial facilities, and the progressive integration of data-driven solutions and artificial intelligence.
These profound transformations are leading to an unprecedented evolution of industrial roles, particularly in maintenance, equipment operation, and field management.

Are you ready to actively participate in this transformation and evolve at the heart of a strategic industrial site of the Renault Group?

Are you eager to discover a demanding, highly automated production environment and exercise your leadership skills close to the industrial installations?

Boost your career with an accelerated Graduate Program! The Graduate Program Management & Industrie 4.0 is an accelerated 3-year development path, designed to train the future industrial managers of the Renault Group, capable of driving performance, uniting teams, and leading change in a rapidly evolving industrial context.

The recruitment day will take place at the Sandouville site, a major industrial site of the Renault Group. At the end of the process, hiring opportunities may concern various Renault Group industrial sites in France, depending on needs and your profile.

Your missions

Within highly automated industrial environments, you will work on key issues of performance, installation reliability, safety, digital transformation, and operational excellence, with a central role as a field leader.

Step 1 - Industrial Immersion (3 to 6 months)

In-depth discovery of the functioning of an industrial site: production lines, equipment, flows, field constraints, and operational challenges. This phase allows for the construction of a global and concrete vision of the plant.

Step 2 - Proximity Management (12 to 18 months)

Taking on a role as a field manager, with a strong presence in the workshop. You will manage daily activities, lead and unite teams, develop industrial performance, safety, and continuous improvement, while asserting your leadership posture.

Step 3 - Transversal Mission (approximately 12 months)

Integration into a Manufacturing support function (maintenance, engineering, industrial excellence, digitalization, automation, quality, or logistics). You will contribute to structuring industrial transformation projects, integrating digitalization, intelligent automation, and AI.

At the end of the Graduate Program, you will move into a workshop management position within one of the Renault Group's industrial sites.

Your profile

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering school or Master 2), ideally in industrial engineering, production, maintenance, automation, mechatronics, or industry 4.0.

You have a strong affinity for the industrial field and demanding environments, as well as proven leadership allowing you to unite teams and manage operational activities in production or industrial maintenance contexts.

Rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and performance-oriented, you have a marked interest in digitalization, intelligent automation, and AI applied to industry.

Fluent English is required, as well as a driver's license (Permis B).

The recruitment process

It takes place in 3 steps:

  • Apply via the announcement on our Careers site
