Wenn du deine Karriere im Bereich AdTech, Digital Advertising oder in einer Media-Agentur aufgebaut hast und verstehst, wie man Markenbotschaften präzise auf unterschiedliche Märkte zuschneidet, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

DEINE AUFGABEN  🏄

  • Globale Markenstrategie & lokale Adaption: Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Go-to-Market-Strategien. Dabei harmonisierst du die globale Ausrichtung mit den spezifischen Anforderungen lokaler Märkte (Deutschland und Österreich) und sicherst unsere Marktpräsenz durch kontinuierliches Monitoring von Wettbewerbern und Trends.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Als strategische Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Brand und Sales koordinierst du interne Ansprechpartner, stellst die Zielausrichtung sicher und steuerst Prozesse mit der Weitsicht eines erfahrenen Projektmanagers.
  • Portfolio-Management & Markteinführung: Du leitest den Launch neuer Produkte und Services und stellst deren optimale kommerzielle Positionierung sicher. Dabei identifizierst du relevante Verticals und garantierst einen Markteintritt, der sowohl unsere KPIs als auch die Business-Erwartungen erfüllt.
  • Market Intelligence: Durch detaillierte Marktanalysen identifizierst du die Bedürfnisse lokaler Zielgruppen und leitest daraus konkrete strategische Empfehlungen für die Geschäftsentwicklung und die Kommunikationsstrategie ab.
  • Storytelling & Sales Enablement: Du entwickelst packendes Storytelling und Positionierungsstrategien, die unsere Unternehmens-DNA mit der lokalen Marktdynamik vereinen. Mit Trainings und Unterlagen unterstützt du das Sales-Team und setzt dein kommerzielles Gespür gewinnbringend ein.

WAS BRINGST DU MIT 🪄

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst mindestens über 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im AdTech-Sektor, im Digital Advertising oder im Media-Agenturumfeld. Du bringst nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien mit.
  • Strategischer Fokus & Umsetzungsstärke: Du kombinierst ein tiefes Marktverständnis mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität. Du denkst strategisch, verlierst aber nie den Blick für die operative Exzellenz.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Als kompetente Ansprechperson vermittelst du sicher zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend präsentieren.
  • Persönlichkeit: Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Proaktivität zeichnen dich aus. Auch in dynamischen Phasen behältst du den Überblick, bist geduldig und agierst lösungsorientiert.
  • Sales Mindset: Ausgeprägte Sales-Denkweise mit fundiertem Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse sowie der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit vertriebsnahen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten und deren Anforderungen strategisch zu adressieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Englisch.
