Snapshot of Your Day
In the exciting market environment of Europe´s energy transition and the associated necessary expansion of the power grid, you will respond to customer inquiries, review and comment on commercial requests. You will accompany your technical colleagues during negotiations with our customers, contributing to successful contract conclusions. From there, you can use your knowledge and insights gained from contract conclusions to analyze market developments and help shape the future. You have an understanding of digitization and will incorporate this into your work. While representing the entire portfolio of Grid Technologies Sales Mandates, you will act as the primary contact and coordinator for our rapidly growing Digital Grid Solutions business.
How You'll Make an Impact
Negotiate with external and internal customers.
Accompany and support our technical account managers during the acquisition process.
Analyse, report and control the contractual, financial and tax risks related to the offers - risk mitigation (in collaboration with TCF), organise administrative components of bids, implement internal approval process for offers.
Enhance offer competitiveness, determine and implement agreements relating to the defined contractual organization (consortium, subcontracting, etc.)
Support the internal approval and release process (LoA/Bit release).
Assist in the forecasting and planning process.

What You Bring
Successfully completed a degree in economics or alternatively completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience.
Relevant experience in a sales-oriented area, ideally with direct external customer contact.
Experience in commercial order processing.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP and CRM knowledge.
Business-fluent English skills.
Enjoyment of secure and conflict-free negotiations in a growing market environment, decision-making, and nationwide mobility (approximately 30% travel required).
Interest in digitization topics and the further development of your own workflows and processes.
Team and communication skills, as well as analytical abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
