What does telemarketing mean at the Lookiero Outfittery Group?
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will:

• Call our existing customers on behalf of our stylists and use your sales skills to inspire them to order their next OUTFITTERY box.

• Aim to maximize customer loyalty and ensure that as many items as possible are kept (minimizing cancellations or full returns).

• Work in a telephone-based sales channel, clearly separate from styling and customer service.

• Focus conversations on motivating customers to receive a new shipment by presenting trends, collections, and styling options.

• Bring a high level of self-motivation and perseverance to achieve your goals.

• Outbound customer activation (B2C, existing customers)

• Inspire customers to reorder

• Discuss current needs and preferences

• Delight through new trends and collections

• Document conversations

• Create orders in the system, including customer preferences

• Review customer data (clothing size, etc.)

As a Telemarketing Agent, you will:

What will your challenge be?

● Outbound customer activation (B2C, existing customers)
● Inspire customers to place another order
● Discuss current needs and preferences
● Inspire through new trends and collections
● Document conversations
● Create orders in the system, including customer preferences
● Verify customer data (clothing size, etc.)

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, offering a flexible combination of two part-time roles (approx. 20 hours per week each) and one full-time role (40 hours per week). Working hours are between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with no shift work or mandatory weekend work, so you can balance your professional activity with your personal life.
