As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we're looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Design team and begin an exciting career with us. The successful applicant will be a designer who is passionate about defining functional and creative solutions to complex problems ultimately helping to shape the future of Superbet. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other team members to bring our vision to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team.
- Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience whilst also balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion and ease of implementation.
- Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey. Encompassing all aspects of the design life cycle you will be comfortable with customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing through to the final interface design.
- Constant optimization of the user experience.
- Contribute to the design system.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Product design experience with a portfolio to showcase your skills
- Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
- Experience in designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android).
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviours
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Solid planning and strategic thinking that clearly articulates design decisions
- Experience in defining information architecture and user flows
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations
- A drive for learning and growth as a professional
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to our healthy and supportive feedback culture
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus points:
- Experience working in a sports entertainment or betting industry setting is a major advantage
- Mentoring skills
