Responsibilities:

    • Assist with verification by reviewing submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
    • Provide friendly and effective support to advertisers via phone and email.
    • Help ensure content compliance and respond to advertiser questions.
    • Support performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives.
    • Help onboard businesses and guide them through the setup process.
    • Learn and share knowledge about regional verification practices.
    • Take part in varied tasks in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

Requirements

      • C2 level of English.
      • Experience in customer service or support roles.
      • Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits.
      • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
      • 1.5 years Experience in compliance or verification roles is desirable.
      • General knowledge of home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
