About the role

We're looking for a commercially driven, creatively ambitious Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing in the UK.

Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Director, you will define and deliver the UK brand strategy and lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive both brand growth and commercial performance.

You will act as the UK brand custodian-owning messaging, campaign execution and performance-while partnering closely with Product, Commercial and Growth teams to ensure our brand and propositions are consistently brought to life across the customer journey.

Brand & Strategy

  • Lead the UK brand marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.

  • Translate global brand and proposition strategy into locally relevant, growth-driving execution.

  • Embed our brand platform across marketing and product touchpoints.

Campaign Leadership

  • Own end-to-end development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Lead agency partners across creative and media to deliver standout, effective work.

  • Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building.

  • Line manage junior members of the team

  • Drive strong go-to-market execution for key product and proposition launches.

Performance & Effectiveness

  • Set clear campaign objectives and ensure robust measurement from day one.

  • Partner with Data Science and Insights to embed testing, incrementality and optimisation.

  • Own UK brand tracking and translate insight into action.

  • Continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency and return on investment.

Brand Governance & Budget

  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and creative excellence across channels.

  • Maintain high standards in briefing, creative appraisal and execution.

  • Manage the UK brand marketing budget with strong financial discipline.

  • Data-literate, comfortable with testing, measurement and performance analysis.

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

  • Experience line managing or coaching junior members of the team
