About the position

Do you have experience working with sheet metal and structures? Do you feel comfortable interpreting blueprints, performing developments, and assembling metal structures with precision?

We are looking for a BOILERMAKER who will be responsible for the layout, cutting, forming, and assembly of metal parts, guaranteeing the dimensional quality of the manufactured structures and collaborating with the production team in the construction and repair of metal components.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Layout and sheet metal development

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

• Perform sheet metal part developments, marking cutting, bending, and curving lines.

• Transfer measurements to the sheet metal using layout and metrology tools.

✔️ Cutting and forming of materials

• Cutting of sheets and profiles using plasma, oxy-fuel, shear, laser, or grinder.

• Forming of parts using press brakes, rollers, hammers, presses, and curving machines.

✔️ Assembly of metal structures

• Adjustment and assembly of parts in their exact position.

• Alignment, squaring, and tack welding of structures.

• Construction of frames, supports, ducts, hoppers, tanks, housings, among others.

✔️ Welding (depending on the project)

• Tack welding and welding of manufactured parts using MIG, MAG, TIG, or electrode when necessary.

✔️ Repair and maintenance

• Replacement or reinforcement of deteriorated areas.

• Straightening of parts and repair of damaged sheets or structures.

• Repair of tanks, structures, or metal elements.

✔️ Finishing and verification

• Checking measurements and tolerances.

• Rectification of deformations.

• Control of the dimensional quality of the manufactured parts.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent.

💰Salary: €25,000 - €29,000 gross/year.

📅Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 (40h per week).
