What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a teleoperator (valued, but not essential).

• Essential advanced/native level of Italian (a language test will be conducted).

• Availability to complete 3 weeks of ONLINE training and the remainder in-person (from 07/27 to 08/31), Monday to Friday, in the morning (09:00 to 15:00) or afternoon (15:00 to 21:00) schedule.

• Availability to work in the morning slot (07:00 to 15:00) or afternoon slot (between 15:00 - 00:00), on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.

About the position

We are looking for people eager to work in one of the most important Contact Centers in the sector at both a national and international level, with headquarters located in SAN JUAN DE AZNALFARACHE (SEVILLE).

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Handle requests and inquiries from customers of a leading company in the banking sector IN ITALIAN.

✔️ Provide support and banking operations regarding contracted products (accounts, cards), as well as provide support on the website and APP to customers IN ITALIAN.

What we offer

🎯 Contract:. PERMANENT. Start date 08/17/2026

💰 Salary: 9.68€/h + interesting bonuses:

--> OVERTIME: 12.15€/h

--> NIGHT SHIFT: 11.68€/h

--> SUNDAY: 11.63€/h

--> SUNDAY NIGHT: 13.60€/h

--> HOLIDAY: 15.28€/h

--> HOLIDAY NIGHT: 17.25€/h

--> TRANSPORT BONUS

📅 Schedule: Initial shift of 30 hours per week, to work in the morning slot (07:00 to 15:00) or afternoon slot (15:00 - 00:00), Monday to Sunday on rotating schedules, with 2 days off per week.

🏆 Extras:

--> Paid training with 600€ covered by the company, where you will be taught everything related to the banking sector.

--> Training start date: 07/27/2026 to 08/31/2026, Monday to Friday, in either the morning schedule from 09:00 to 15:00 or afternoon from 15:00 to 21:00
