💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Receiving calls from customers who wish to cancel a contracted service.

✔️ Customer retention

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent

💰 Salary: according to the collective agreement 8.7841 net/h

📅 Schedule: 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

🏆 Extras: 5 days of company-paid training prior to joining. Training start date 07/20/2026 until 07/24/2026.
