Having successfully achieved our 2025 milestones-including reaching 4,000 operational charging points and securing a €300 million investment-we are now entering an exciting phase of international expansion and network optimization in 2026. To support our continued growth, we are looking for our next key team member: Fleet Business Developer.

Your Impact

At Zunder, every role plays a vital part in driving sustainable mobility. You will join a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission: ensuring that Europe's most advanced charging network operates with maximum efficiency and reliability.

As part of the Fleet Department, reporting directly to the Fleet Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across France and our international subsidiaries, helping thousands of people travel with confidence and freedom.

The position is based in France and it´s 100% remote.

What You'll Do

Manage key accounts within your business area, driving commercial relationships and business growth.

Prepare and deliver weekly business development reports to senior management.

Design and manage technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Define, evaluate, and develop business models applicable to your area of responsibility.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

A good understanding of the electric mobility sector and its key stakeholders is highly valued.

Proven experience in lead generation and business development.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Advanced English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel as required.
