Join Our Team as a Station Back Office Supervisor - Drive Compliance and Operational Excellence!

Are you an organized and detail-oriented leader with a passion for ensuring compliance and supporting operational efficiency? We're seeking a motivated Station Back Office Supervisor to oversee the back office functions of our station, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies while supporting the seamless customer journey.

As the Station Back Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the back office team and ensuring all administrative activities comply with local regulations and company standards. You'll also support the deskless customer experience, working to meet or exceed operational goals.

Qué harás

Oversee all back office administrative activities, including key dispenser management, fuel reconciliation, overdue management, and more.
Ensure full compliance with local laws and certifications, such as debossing and car wash operations, while adhering to environmental regulations.
Act as a shift manager for counter agents, providing observation, coaching, and mentoring to help them meet or exceed location goals.
Support the Station Manager with shift staff planning to ensure efficient operations.
