Requisitos

University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Solid experience in Controlling functions, preferably with exposure to Strategic Controlling and/or leadership responsibilities or capital management, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly the Solvency II regulatory framework.
Experience working in international environments.
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Agile mindset, open to change and the implementation of new ideas.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.

Resumen

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Capital Management and Financial Steering, to support the development and implementation of the Group's capital allocation, cash remittance and financial steering frameworks.

Descripción

Develop the Group's capital planning activities to ensure financial strength and support sustainable growth.
Assess the solvency, financial resilience, and dividend distribution capacity of the Group's various entities.
Design and implement a global Capital Management and Cash Remittance Framework.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Asset Management teams to optimise capital allocation and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key capital, liquidity, and profitability metrics, preparing analyses and reports for senior management.
Enhance and standardise processes, tools, and dashboards related to capital management, financial planning, and reporting.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives, driving new methodologies, automation, and analytical solutions to improve the efficiency of Group-wide capital management.
