Requisitos

Qué buscan

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI / UX Design.

  • Knowledge of accessibility, UX metrics, motion design and micro-interactions.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing product decisions.
  • Ability to mentor designers and contribute to UX culture and best practices.
  • English C1.
  • Availability to work under a hybrid model in Valencia, Spain.

Se valorará

  • Experience with DesignOps and UX governance.
  • Experience in enterprise UX strategy or transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of UX maturity models and design organisation practices.
  • Experience managing vendors or agencies.

El puesto

We are looking for an experienced UI / UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead UX initiatives for complex applications and enterprise environments.

The role combines hands-on UX design, user research, design systems and usability testing with collaboration across product teams and senior stakeholders.

This position follows a hybrid working model in Valencia, Spain.
