The team at Ibis Budget Valencia Alcasser hotel is looking for a new member who is passionate about customer service and wants to work in the reception area on a full-time basis. El equipo del hotel Ibis Budget Valencia Alcasser está buscando a un/a nuev@ integrante al que le apasione el trato al cliente y quiera trabajar en el área de recepción con jornada completa. Si te gusta trabajar en equipo, ésta puede ser una gran oportunidad. Trabajo en turnos rotativos, de lunes a domingo con dos días de descanso semanales. Las tareas a realizar son:
- Atención al cliente telefónica y personal.
- Tramitación y gestión de reservas.
- Cobro y facturación de servicios.
- Registro de clientes (check-in)
- Salidas de clientes (check-out)
- Cierre nocturno (turno de noche)
- Servicio de bebidas
-Preparación y servicio de platos restauración (5ª gama)
- Atención en barra (cafetería y bebidas)
- Apoyo al servicio de desayunos o restauración.
Tu experiencia y habilidades incluyen:
Capacidad para enfocar la atención en las necesidades de los huéspedes, mantener la calma y la cortesía en todo momento.
