About the role

We are currently looking to bring on board an Engineer to supervise mechanical and/or electrical installations on site and strengthen our technical team in our Madrid offices.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering (bachelor's degree)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing duties in construction management, coordination, and supervision, interpreting drawings, managing materials, and carrying out technical follow-up.
  • Ability for technical analysis and resolution of issues on construction sites.
  • Knowledge of technical regulations and construction processes.
  • Minimum English level B2, with the ability to communicate fluently in technical and professional environments.
  • Availability for travel to construction sites. Valid B1 driver's license.
  • Proficiency in common management and technical control tools (Office, AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BIM methodology, Navisworks, and Dialux will be valued.
  • Experience in supervising and coordinating commissioning tests will be a plus.
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
