Digital Product Manager - Infrastructure and Civil Engineering

At AECOM Spain, we are looking to hire a Digital Solutions Manager to help us build, prioritize, and scale digital solutions applied to projects and clients in the AEC sector. We are seeking someone with a technical background, product vision, and the ability to connect business, clients, and technical teams, as well as an understanding of the civil engineering sector.

Your mission as a Digital Solutions Manager will be to turn real needs into useful, viable, and reusable digital solutions.

You will have the opportunity to combine engineering, business, and technology to solve real problems in some of the world's most complex and innovative infrastructure projects. You will work with international teams and directly contribute to the digital transformation of our services and our clients.

What you will do

• Translate the needs of projects, clients, and internal teams into concrete digital solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog of digital initiatives based on value, feasibility, and available capacity.
• Define the functional and technological approach of solutions and their architecture.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions: definition, development, testing, deployment, and evolution.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, external partners, and the technical team.
• Drive reusable solutions that reduce redundancies and generate cross-cutting value.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or equivalent training in civil engineering.
• Experience in product management or coordination of digital solutions in engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish in a professional environment, with the ability to work in collaborative local and international settings.
• Ability to understand business problems and turn them into clear requirements for development teams.
• Sufficient technical background to engage with development, cybersecurity, IT profiles, and external partners.
• Interest in digital solutions applied to infrastructure, buildings, and transportation.
• Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading people and developing teams.

• Liderar el delivery end-to-end de soluciones: definición, desarrollo, pruebas, despliegue y evolución.

Qué buscamos

• Titulación en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o formación equivalente en ingeniería civil.
• Experiencia en gestión de producto o coordinación de soluciones digitales en entornos de ingeniería, infraestructuras o construcción.
• Inglés y español fluidos en entorno profesional, con capacidad para trabajar en entornos colaborativos locales e internacionales.
• Capacidad para entender problemas de negocio y convertirlos en requisitos claros para equipos de desarrollo.
• Base técnica suficiente para dialogar con perfiles de desarrollo, ciberseguridad, IT y socios externos.
• Interés por soluciones digitales aplicadas a infraestructura, edificación y transporte.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, influencia y colaboración.
• Experiencia liderando personas y desarrollando equipos.
