What you'll do

💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

👋 Customer service: You will listen, recommend, and make the in-store experience unforgettable.

🛍️Inventory management: stock control, placing orders, receiving and sorting merchandise, and replenishing the store.

👁️Store supervision: ensuring the proper presentation of products in the store, cleanliness and order, and the proper implementation of the merchandising strategy.

🚩Goal tracking: analysis of store performance indicators and adjustment of strategies to achieve sales targets.

💰 Cash register: you will process payments, manage the register, and take part in opening and closing tasks for the store.

🧼 Cleaning: you will help keep the store tidy; a clean store is a happy store

What you'll get

💶 Salary range:

(40H): €1,700 - €1,900 gross per month (includes night shift, holidays, and Sundays)

How you'll work

What are we looking for?

Compulsory Secondary Education

At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales

Experience in overall store and/or team management is a plus.

Immediate availability

Intermediate English level

Own vehicle and driver's license or close proximity to the workplace

A desire to have fun and enjoy your work!

What you'll do

💼 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

👋 Atención al cliente: Escucharás, recomendarás y harás que la experiencia en tienda sea inolvidable .

🛍️Gestión de inventario: control de stock, realización de pedidos, recepción y clasificación de mercancías, y reposición en la tienda.

👁️Supervisión de tienda: asegurar la correcta presentación de los productos en la tienda, la limpieza y el orden, y la correcta implementación de la estrategia de merchandising.

🚩Seguimiento de objetivos: análisis de los indicadores de rendimiento de la tienda y ajuste de las estrategias para lograr los objetivos de ventas.

💰 Caja: realizarás cobros, gestión de la caja y participarás en las tareas de apertura y cierre de la tienda.

🧼 Limpieza: ayudarás a mantener la tienda en orden, una tienda limpia es una tienda feliz
