Assistant Sales Manager

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Coordinator or Assistant to a department, in a bazaar "hypermarket", specialized distribution in a furniture, sleep, or similar store.

- Person with a clear customer orientation, results-driven, and with a marked leadership style.

- Strong work capacity, coherence between words and actions, exemplary, with a genuine desire to prove their worth and to grow professionally.

- Must be available to work full-time from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays/holidays as authorized in the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest day established in the large retail stores collective agreement.

Within the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of SALES ASSISTANT for our store in SALT

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, with the goal of meeting their expectations.

- Apply the company's commercial policy.

- Optimizing merchandising and commercial activity.

- Monitor and control stock levels in the stores, in order to achieve the sales targets set by the company.

- Achieve the store's sales targets and profitability goals.

- Lead, motivate, train, and inform the sales team on selling techniques.

- Ensure the best customer service.
