We are looking for a Talent Development and Performance Specialist to support the Global Head of Talent Development and Performance in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of talent, learning and performance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all employees engaging in performance, talent and development programmes.

This is a global role, supporting talent, development and performance initiatives across multiple regions and working closely with international stakeholders.

This is a highly operational and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating global processes, maintaining structured programmes and enabling a high-quality employee experience. You will work closely with global teams, People Business Partners and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of performance cycles, learning initiatives and talent programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance and Talent Management
  • Coordinate global performance management cycles, ensuring timelines, communications and system tasks run smoothly.
  • Support the delivery of global talent and development activities in collaboration with the People & Development team.
  • Create and maintain communications, learning materials and supporting resources to ensure consistency, clarity and fairness throughout processes.
Talent Development and Succession Planning
  • Support the coordination and logistics of talent identification activities and development programmes.
  • Create, maintain and update materials and resources that support talent and succession planning processes.
  • Support the ongoing development of the career development framework and coordinate updates to learning pathways and content.
Learning and Capability Development
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System (LMS - ACE), ensuring content is updated, quality standards are maintained and user experience is positive.
  • Support the design and delivery of engaging upskilling sessions for employees and leaders.
  • Assist in the development of learning resources that build capability across teams.
Mentoring Programme Management
  • Coordinate the mentoring programme, including participant support, matching processes and programme communications.
  • Ensure smooth operational delivery and contribute to the continued improvement and growth of the mentoring scheme.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams, enabling functions and People Business Partners to ensure smooth delivery of talent and learning initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining open and supportive communication.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the employee experience across learning, talent and performance activities.
  • Stay informed about new trends, tools and best practices in talent and development, sharing insights with the wider team.

Skills & Expertise

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a talent development role within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Experience coordinating talent activities and supporting performance processes.
  • Experience developing learning materials and resources.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Fluent business-level English and Spanish.
  • Project management skills are desirable.
