Accountabilities :

As a Territory Business Manager, you will drive the performance of your territory by executing focused sales strategies and building strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals. You will implement agreed plans of action in line with company policies, continuously monitor sales performance and take decisive action to meet or exceed targets. A key part of the role is to support the enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics, ensuring they are available where they can make a difference. You will analyse market dynamics and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities, while actively participating in promotional programs that raise product awareness. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer classifications, databases and call records will be essential to your success. Throughout, you will act with professionalism and integrity in line with the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct, and proactively identify areas for your own development, working closely with your First Line Sales Manager to build your capabilities.
