What you'll do

  • Perform updates in compliance with existing regulations and internal processes.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, escalate technical concerns, and provide satisfaction when necessary, maintaining accountability until resolution.
  • Build solid relationships with internal customers that support and drive business growth and operational efficiencies, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Efficiently manage short- and long-term planning for the assigned region, ensuring proper time management.

  • Comply with company Health and Safety policies, quality procedures, i.e., SWI (Standard Work Instructions), and protocols.
  • Participate in and successfully complete all mandatory training programs in a timely manner, aligned with professional, work, and personal development goals.
  • Provide support in investigations of customer complaints and any other issues that may arise.
  • Work with the GCS team leader during the evaluation process, setting goals and objectives to achieve effective personal development.
  • Support revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement of service operations, maintaining focus on complaints.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree and/or higher-level vocational training, or equivalent professional experience. Training in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a Higher Technician degree in Systems, Electronics, or Electricity is valued.
  • Experience in a hospital environment and/or clinical engineering. Experience with Pyxis products is valued.
  • Solid IT experience and knowledge, including Windows operating systems, network technologies, troubleshooting, and configuration. (CompTIA Network+ certification is desirable).
  • Customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and repairs in high-volume environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills, with the ability to communicate, promote, and sell service-related products and value propositions.
  • High level of English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.
