Sales Assistant to the Head of Sales

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the department manager, we are looking for a colleague for the position of SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER for our store in Santiago de Compostela.

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

- Accompany the customer throughout the entire sales process, with the aim of meeting their expectations.

- Apply the company's commercial policy.

- Optimize merchandising and commercial activity.

- Monitor the quantity and quality of stock in stores, in order to achieve the sales budgets defined by the company.

- Achieve the store's profitability budgets and targets.

- Lead, motivate, train, and inform the sales team in selling.

- Ensure the best customer service.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Coordinator or Assistant Manager of a department, in a hypermarket, specialized distribution in furniture, sleep, or similar stores.

- A person with a clear customer and results orientation, and a strong leadership style.

- Great capacity for work, consistency between words and actions, exemplary, with a genuine desire to prove their worth and to grow professionally.

Possibility of flexible remuneration

- Must be available to work full-time from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays/holidays authorized in the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest established in the large retail stores collective agreement.

¿Qué buscamos?

En dependencia de la dirección del departamento, buscamos un/a compañero/a para la posición de ADJUNTO/A DE VENTA para nuestra tienda en Santiago de Compstela

Entre las que serían tus funciones, destacan:

- Acompañar al cliente en todo el proceso de venta, con el objetivo de cumplir con sus expectativas.

- Aplicar la politica comercial de la empresa.

- Optimizar el merchandising y la actividad comercial.

- Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stocks en las tiendas, con el fin de conseguir los presupuestos de ventas definidos por la compañía.

- Conseguir los presupuestos y objetivos de erntabilidad de la tienda.

- Dirigir, motivar, formar e informar al equipo de vendedores en la venta.

- Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.

- Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Coordinador/a o Adjunto/a a departamento, en bazar "Hipermercado", distribución especializada en tienda de muebles, descanso o similares.

- Persona con clara orientación al cliente, al resultado y que posea un marcado estilo de liderazgo.

- Gran capacidad de trabajo, coherencia entre el discurso y las acciones, ejemplar, con verdaderas ganas de demostrar su valía así como de crecer profesionalmente.

- Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar a jornada completa de lunes a sábado y domingos/festivos autorizados en comunidad autónoma, respetando el descanso semanal establecido en el convenio de grandes superficies.
