Are you one of those people who can't go a week without stepping onto the court? Are you passionate about advising on the balance of a racket or the durability of a shoe? At Decathlon Figueres we are looking for someone passionate about padel to energize our department and share their energy with our customers.

Your Mission

Your goal will be to:

Provide expert advice: Help every player (from beginner to club "pro") find the equipment that best suits their game.

Manage stock: Keep the section immaculate, attractive, and with key products always available.

Local community: Connect with the clubs in Alt Empordà so that Decathlon becomes their go-to reference.

Omnichannel: Master our digital tools to offer solutions even when the product is not physically in store.

Who are we looking for?

Practicing athlete: Padel is your main sport or one of your favorites.

"Winner" mindset: You are a lively, responsible, curious person who enjoys teamwork.

Customer focus: You love listening, helping, and seeing customers leave happy with their purchase.

Languages: Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. French will be highly valued, given our strategic location and the flow of customers from the neighboring country.

¿Eres de los que no pueden pasar una semana sin entrar a la pista? ¿Te apasiona asesorar sobre el balance de una pala o la durabilidad de una zapatilla? En Decathlon Figueres buscamos a un/a apasionado/a del pádel para dinamizar nuestra sección y compartir su energía con nuestros usuarios.

Tu Misión

Tu objetivo será:

Asesorar de forma experta: Ayudar a cada jugador (desde el principiante hasta el "pro" de club) a encontrar el equipo que mejor se adapte a su juego.

Gestionar el stock: Mantener la sección impecable, atractiva y con los productos clave siempre disponibles.

Comunidad local: Conectar con los clubes de l'Alt Empordà para que Decathlon sea su punto de referencia.

Omnicanalidad: Dominar nuestras herramientas digitales para ofrecer soluciones aunque el producto no esté físicamente en la tienda.

Deportista practicante: El pádel es tu deporte principal o uno de tus favoritos.

Actitud "Winner": Eres una persona vital, responsable, curiosa y con ganas de trabajar en equipo.

Orientación al cliente: Te encanta escuchar, ayudar y ver que alguien se va contento con su compra.

Idiomas: Dominio del catalán y castellano. Se valorará muy positivamente el francés, dada nuestra ubicación estratégica y la afluencia de clientes del país vecino.
